Understanding your rental agreement is the first step to a stress-free event. Our contract clearly outlines all terms, ensuring you feel confident and well-informed about your decor rental from Pretty Things. It's designed to protect both you and our beautiful inventory, setting clear expectations for a successful collaboration.

Deposit & payment essentials

 

A signed rental contract is required before any payment can be made. To secure your desired decor, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing. The remaining balance for decor rental must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event date. This ensures all your chosen items are reserved and ready for your special occasion.

Care for our decor

 

We take pride in our beautiful event decor, and we trust you will too. It's important to note that our contract stipulates that any items damaged during your rental period will be charged to the customer for the full replacement cost. We appreciate your care in handling our items so they can continue to beautify many more events.
