Where is Pretty Things Event Decor located?
We are based out of Asotin, WA with a working studio in Clarkston, WA. We proudly service the Lewis Clark Valley and surrounding areas in Asotin, Nez Perce, Latah, and Whitman counties.
How many days are included in the rental contract?
Almost all rental items are for a three-day rental period. That gives you one day to set up, one day for the event and one day to break down.
Do you offer delivery and pick up services?
Yes, we do! Delivery and pick up are free within 15 miles of the Lewis Clark Valley. For areas outside the Lewis Clark Valley there is a "Delivery/Pickup Package" listed under "Packages" to help you calculate cost.
Can I pick up and return items myself?
Absolutely! You can pick up and return most items yourself, with the exception of some backdrop walls and delicate pieces which require our special handling.
Do you ship items?
No, we do not currently offer shipping for our decor items.
Are there any important rules or tips customers should know before renting from 'Pretty Things'?
Yes, there are a few key points:
1. **Contract** You must sign a rental contract before making the initial deposit.

2. **Deposit** A 20% non-refundable deposit by Venmo or Credit Card is required and must be secured at the time of booking to reserve your items.
3. **Final Payment** The remaining non-refundable balance must be made by Venmo or Credit Card 30 days before your event date.
4. **Damaged Items** If an item is damaged, lost or stolen during your rental period, the full replacement cost of the item will be billed to the client.
Do you offer an all-inclusive decore and assistance package?
Yes, we offer a package that includes unlimited rental items with customization of certain decor, free delivery, full set up, day of assistance and breakdown with cleanup. This service is priced at $25 per guest. For example, an event with 150 guests would incur a $3750 fee for this service.
Can you customize existing flower walls and other florals with my event colors?
Yes! We love to help you match your event's theme perfectly. We can customize existing flower walls and other floral arrangements with your event colors for an additional cost.
What's the easiest way to rent items from pretty things, and what are the main steps?
The easiest way to start is by browsing our collection on our website to get an idea of what you like, though new items arrive weekly and may not be listed online yet. Once you have a preliminary idea, we encourage an in-person meeting at our studio to finalize your selections and discuss details. Our team will guide you through the process.
